Ingredients

  • 200g white fish fillets (boneless/skinless)
  • 50g finely grated carrots
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, soaked and squeezed
  • 1 tbsp mild cream cheese
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric powder (for color)
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt

Cooking Steps

Use the blender to pulse fish, bread, and grated carrots into a smooth, thick paste.

Stir in cream cheese, turmeric, and oregano.

Shape into small, flat 2-inch diameter circles (kid-friendly size).

Place into a pressure cooker steamer basket with 1 cup of water at the bottom.

Ingredients

  • 100g thick plain Greek yogurt
  • 30g peeled and grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
  • 0.5 tsp maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1 pinch salt
