Pan-Seared Saltfish & Callaloo Sauté
Ingredients
- • 1 tsp Saltfish (desalted)
- • 200g Fresh callaloo, chopped
- • 1 small onion, diced
- • 2 tsp cloves garlic, minced
- • 1 tsp thyme
- • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Cooking Steps

Boil desalted fish in pressure cooker for 5 mins to soften.

Drain and flake fish.

Heat oil in pan over gas stove; sauté onions and garlic.

Add callaloo and thyme, stirring until wilted.

Fold in flaked fish and stir-fry for 3 minutes until combined.
