  • 1 cup Idli/Dosa batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely grated zucchini
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers (any color, mild)

Cooking Steps

1

Mix the grated carrots, zucchini, chopped bell peppers, cilantro, and ginger paste into the idli/dosa batter.

Ensure vegetables are finely minced to be easily incorporated and less noticeable.

3

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.

4

Lightly grease the pan with oil.

5

Pour small portions of the batter onto the pan to form mini uttapams (about 2-3 inches in diameter).

6

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

7

Repeat with the remaining batter.

8

Let them cool completely before packing.
