- • 1 cup Idli/Dosa batter (store-bought or homemade)
- • 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
- • 1/4 cup finely grated zucchini
- • 2 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers (any color, mild)
- • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- • 1 tsp ginger paste
- • 1 tsp oil (for greasing)
- • Salt to taste (optional, for very young children)
Cooking Steps

Mix the grated carrots, zucchini, chopped bell peppers, cilantro, and ginger paste into the idli/dosa batter.

Ensure vegetables are finely minced to be easily incorporated and less noticeable.

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.

Pour small portions of the batter onto the pan to form mini uttapams (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
