Quick Smoked Pork with Roasted Bell Peppers and Naga Chili
Ingredients
- • 250g smoked pork belly, sliced into thin strips
- • 2 large bell peppers (red and green), diced
- • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- • 2 tsp cloves garlic, minced
- • 1 Naga chili (or ghost chili), finely chopped
- • 1 tbsp soy sauce
- • 1/2 tsp salt

In a pressure cooker, sauté the smoked pork strips on high heat for 3 minutes until fat renders.

Add garlic and Naga chili, sauté for 1 minute.

Add the diced bell peppers and bok choy, tossing for 2 minutes to retain crunch.

Pour in 50ml water and soy sauce, cover, and pressure cook for 2 whistles to tenderize the pork quickly.

Release pressure immediately, stir to combine the juices, and serve.

Ingredients
- • 150g French beans, sliced diagonally
- • 1 cup fresh radish leaves, chopped
- • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- • 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Steps
